Welcome to my Self-Care Space! I’m excited to share with you my passion for massage therapy, one of the oldest forms of self-care. As a massage therapist I am privileged to witness the improved health of my clients through relaxation, muscle release and the added positive messages the mind receives when having a massage. But I didn’t want to stop there, because that is one aspect of self-care. I’m always looking for ways to personally surround myself with reminders to beautify my environment; whether this be through what I eat, smell, see or even wear. I operate from a place of wonder at how small changes in our lifestyles can put in motion an improved quality of life.
